Mission trips allow you to work with local missionaries and participate in their outreach activities. Join Vision, Outreach, or Strategy trips and work with missionaries to reach leaders across Europe with the Gospel.

How can you participate in an Outreach Mission Trip?

Volunteer to…

  • Give “Ted” talks at large events, sharing your business and leadership experiences, generating contacts for follow up.
  • Join missionaries on follow up appointments after events, answer seeker’s questions, and share the Gospel.
  • Give your Christian testimony in various settings.
  • Walk with leaders seeking spiritual truth via a Pilgrim Walk.
  • Participate in leader podcasts that lead to evangelistic outreaches.

Vision

Learn about our European missionary efforts first-hand on Vision Trips.

Belgium September 10-13, 2026

Join Executive Director Josh Irby at the Belgian National Conference. Connect with missionaries and volunteer leaders to learn about the Cru ministries in Belgium, including leader-oriented ministries Christian Embassy, LeaderImpact, and Family Life.

Travel to Lucca, Italy to celebrate the opening of Villa Fonte, a planned rest stop along the Via Francigena with an introduction to the Pilgrim Walk ministry. (Trip Full)

Participate in a gathering of LeaderImpact missionaries and key volunteers across Europe. Momentum Europe is bringing a delegation to join the event and connect with Cru missionaries and local Christian leaders to potentially develop future outreaches. (10-15 people)

Outreach

Ireland May 11-16, 2026

Do you like to golf? Join this golf tournament and evangelistic outreach to professionals in Dublin. Engage in casual interactions with nonbelievers, leading to Gospel discussions. (Trip Full)

Minister alongside LeaderImpact Albania in several cities for evangelism and discipleship. 

Join a Christian Embassy outreach to ambassadors in Paris. This is a wonderful opportunity for those who speak French or who have government experience.

Minister alongside LeaderImpact Albania in several cities for evangelism and discipleship. 

Business outreach events with Miami Developer Allen Morris as keynote speaker in Prague and surrounding cities. Volunteers will help with follow-up.

Join Board Members Bob and Diane Wallingford and participate in multiple outreach events for CEOs, young professionals, families and students.

Help start LeaderImpact in Madrid alongside national and regional leadership. This is a good fit for those who like pioneering relationships and exploring strategic opportunities.

Participate in a gathering of LeaderImpact missionaries and key volunteers across Europe. Momentum Europe is bringing a delegation to join the event and connect with Cru missionaries and local Christian leaders to potentially develop future outreaches.
